We will make sure you orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from Monday-Friday, except for Pre-orders. Our holiday processing time may be different. Orders placed on the weekend are processed on the next business day and shipped with 24-48 hours., so please bear that in mind. We offer:
- Free domestic shipping on orders above $25
- Our Standard shipping (4-7 business days) is $3.00 via USPS First Class Package
- Priority shipping (2-3 business days) is $5 via USPS Priority
Please note, if the USPS tracking shows that your package has been delivered , but you have not received your items, please allow 2-3 additional business days for the delivery of your item(s). If 2-3 days has passed and you still have not received your package, please contact us at [email protected]. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to investigate with USPS, and we will get back to you. If we are unable to resolve your issue, we will propose a replacement or store credit. We do not guarantee a refund on products, but we will be happy to discuss it with you further.
Pre-orders are delivered at different dates. We cannot guarantee a delivery date until items are in stock. Please, make sure to contact us when placing an order for a pre-ordered item, and we will notify you as soon as it is ready for shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please note, all items returned within 14 days in new and undamaged conditions will be accepted with a store credit. Any items returned over 14 days, but less than 30 day is subject to partial credit. No store credit is applicable after 30 days of return. Please note that store credits are applied and received based on the time frame that item(s) was received, and may take a few days to be processed.
